Returns & Exchanges

At cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your cabi account or contact your Stylist to access your order history and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from our returns portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items and the completed return form inside the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, then securely attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
